What are Symmetric Figures?

• Symmetric figures are figures that can be folded
  in half so that the two halves match exactly.
• The fold line in each symmetric figure is a line
  of symmetry.
• A line of symmetry can be found on a symmetric
  figure.

  matching parts.

What are Non-Symmetric Figures

• They are the opposite of symmetric figures.

MyReflections

• I learnt that symmetric figures are figures with
  two same halves and they have a line of symmetry
  on it. I also learnt that the line of symmetry
  divides the figure into two matching parts. I
  found this assignment very challenging as I had
  to gather the information and put them together.
