Future developments

• In its current form, SITAI can act as an
  important reference for economic analysts, policy
  makers and prospective investors

• SITAI WEB will benefit (both in terms of
  information content and functionality) of the
  integration with other existing information
  systems. This is happening already.

• The awareness raising process towards the
  Consortia has led to an increased (but
  differentiated from site to site) demand for GIS
  technologies ? prospective opportunities for
  local and national SMEs
