Just like reptiles today they had scaly skins
and laid eggs with shells

Some dinosaurs ran on to legs and were
shaped like kangaroos.

Other were bulky and stood on four sturdy
legs as do elephants.

Dinosaurs dominated the earth from about 220
to 65 million years ago.

Then suddenly and mysteriously 65 million
years ago all the dinosaurs died out.
