    but Jospeh himself tells us different.

    sovereignly rules history.

Gospel and Kingdom
  • Gen. 314ff - Protoevangelium (pre-gospel) (cf.
    Rom. 1620)
  • God's promises to Abraham are 'yes' in Christ (2
    Cor. 120), and Christians are Abraham's
    offspring (Rom 98)
  • Abraham's life is a struggle of faith (Heb.
    118-19). The same will be true for Christians.
