Why

• it required nothing more than basic good
  practice...

What we found

• I feel supported-it gets busy but I am learning
  as I go along
• supervision sessions are protected- its just how
  it is in our team
• we find that our NQSWs are more analytical
• we built on what was good about the old social
  work partnership arrangements
