Using Services to help managing your installation
  • Installation of WebCT CE6
  • WebCT shall remotely (with respect to Client
    site) install all Target Application components
    for a single, non-clustered instance on Clients
    hardware.  In addition, WebCT shall hold a
    pre-service call to plan for the installation,
    and shall conclude the service by providing
    Client with documentation that shall detail the
    installation
  • Health Check of WebCT CE6
  • Blackboard Services will connect remotely and
    will verify the right installation of the server.
  • Campus Edition Production System Mentoring
  • WebCT shall provide one (1) consultant for this
    onsite service, to provide mentoring to the
    Clients technical management, and system
    administration staff tasked with monitoring and
    maintaining Clients Target Application
    installation.  This mentoring will focus on those
    topic areas which are of most importance to
    Client  and may include
  • Migration process
  • WebCT Technical Services will assist customers by
    migrating a WebCT installation from one server to
    another or a WebCT installation from a very early
    Version. We strongly recommend that customers
    seek assistance for this process instead of
    attempting it on their own.A migration is
    defined as the moving of WebCT course content and
    the WebCT global/course databases intact, from
    one WebCT server to another and/or from a very
    early release of WebCT.
  • SIS integration
  • This will depend if you want some assistance to
    help you understanding how to do the integration
    or if you want us to provide a customized service
    engagement to help you to finalize your SIS
    integration. For the second case,  we need to do
