Ways of setting priorities
  • Pareto 80 of tasks can be completed in 20 of
the time, and the remaining 20 of tasks will
take 80 of the time. So prioritise your
    productivity
  • Fit match the time required for a task to the
time available, e.g. 15 mins available, find
tasks that fit 15 mins. Fit to time of day.
Depends on location 15 mins is different if
free time at home, v time at school v time on the
    bus.

Warnings!!
  • Dont spend more time planning than doing
  • Dont list routine activities (like brushing your
    teeth)
  • Make sure you plan time for fun breaks
    leisure, activity, sport
  • Work 50 mins, break 10 mins
  • Be flexible, review, adapt reschedule
