• Attainment subsequent progression into post 16
  education and beyond is low
• Raise aspirations, motivation, confidence and
  achievement
• Encourage progression
• Encourage positive attitudes to education from
  the boys and their families
• Ensure targeted support, advice and guidance

• Identify 30 Y8 boys in 2 schools in each of the
  four Local Authorities project Y9
• Boys must meet the widening participation
  criteria
• Raise attainment at KS3 through targeted support,
  advice and guidance and an enhanced curriculum
