• There is acknowledgement of the urgent need for
  educator professional learning
• NSDC national is leading the way

  our membership by this time next year.

  format that is embedded, on-going, and promotes
  implementation and sharing.

  teacher learning is understood as an imperative,
  not just a logical step.
