language and have a lot of time to craft your web
pages go for 1st Page 2000 it is free and very
precise and gives you full control in the process
of creating your web pages. If money is a
consideration, but you are pretty sure your site
will grow quickly and probably become
unmanageable choose Namo WebEditor or
FrontPage. They are relatively inexpensive and
intuitive. If you have very little time and
patience and are not really hungry to know more
choose Microsoft Word.
