Ecology / Industrial Ecology The Catawba County
EcoComplex is based on the fact that an
individual component in a system is best utilized
in the context of its relationship with other
components and with other systems, rather than in
isolation.  Any government, jurisdiction, or
private group can build an EcoComplex, a System
of Industrial Ecology.
