  GREAT if you could type "C" and it would go to
  the customer names that start with C, type Q and
  it goes to the Q customers, so on and so forth

• Bug After posting physical inventories if you
  attempt to run the income statement e-client
  shuts down. One you log on e-client again, it
  opens correctly and the report show the correct
  adjustment entries applied to the income
  statement. This is on 5.5.1 system.

  renew contract screen .

• Bug In the "Accrue Contracts" screen, the
  columns don't sort correctly. If you click on
  date it will put a 12/12/05 date in between
  1/25/06 and 5/14/06. This is the same for sorting
  by the dollar amount in this screen. 7869.75 is
  between 695.00 and 70.00.

• Bug When returning equipment via "Sales Orders,
  Customer Returns" it is great that the Warehouse
  choses for the "Host" equipment follows through
  to all accessories, but it would save time if the
  "Department" code could also do the same.

• Bug We customize all our service contract
  invoices and sales invoices. If future versions,
  is it possible to have less changes made to the
  format of these invoices. (Make sense?)I am not
  very experienced at Crystal Reports, and I am
  noticing that with each new version that comes
  out, things on the invoices are harder to find
  and link.

• Bug When opening a window in the A/R console,
  the window always opens on top of the customer
  information which includes phone numbers. If a
  second window needs to be opened and the first
  one hasn't been moved, the operator has to close
  out of the second window to get back to the
  first. Can the first window be changed to open
  below the customer information?
