Ice Breaker
What motivates you to share your faith?
Form groups of three. Take turns answering this
question.
7
Why Share?
Jesus shared the Gospel. The time is fulfilled,
and the Kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and
believe in the Gospel. Mark 115
He tells us to follow His lead. Follow Me, and I
will make you fishers of men. Mark 117b
8
Why Share?
He commissioned us to share.
Then Jesus came to them and said, All authority
in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of
the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching
them everything I have commanded you. And surely
I will be with you always, to the very end of the
age. Matthew 2818-20
How will you respond?
9
Why Share?
We are in the priesthood of all
believers Always be prepared to give the
reason for the hope that you have. But do this
with gentleness and respect. 1 Peter 315

Not just pastors!
Each one of us is Christs ambassador! We are
therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God
were making His appeal through us. We implore you
on Christ's behalf Be reconciled to God. 1
Corinthians 520
10
Why Share?
In order to see His and our loved ones
  • come to know Jesus Christ.
  • head to eternal glory.
  • enjoy a lifetime of hope and assurance.
  • avoid life and eternity in hell.

Peace is only in heaven - not on earth or in
hell.
11
Why Share?
Without Christ, a person will go to hell.
God purposefully places us in lives to shed light
"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill
cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp
and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on
its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the
house. Matthew 514-15
