AMIS is an online interactive tool that
stakeholders use to view information about
datasets stored in the AOOS data warehouse.

Goals

• Allow query and discovery of historical projects
  and related datasets
• Assist discovery, planning and coordination with
  existing and future projects to make optimal use
  of observation and modeling resources
• Provide data download of project and data in
  industry standard formats
• Provide visual exploration of datasets
• Provide management tools to managers and data
  managers
• Provide thematic views for stakeholders utilizing
  AMIS as their central database in a distributed
  system
