30Corporate Governance
- Substantially met the Code Provisions of the Code
on Corporate Governance Practices as required by
the Listing Rules. - The Board has established the Nomination
Committee and the Remuneration Committee
responsible for directors appointments and the
remuneration packages of directors and senior
executives. - Set up an Internal Audit Team which reports
directly to the Audit Committee. - Set up the Internal Control and Compliance
Committee for strengthening internal controls and
compliance. - Adopted the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
for directors, senior executives and employees in
compliance with the regulations of the US
Securities Exchange Commission.
