• Monocot vascular bundles scatter throughout the
  ground tissue Dicots VsB in ring
• Monocots VsB have a monkey face appearance
• Dicots more acorn shaped
• The less random arrangement found in the Dicots
  would lend itself to 2nd growth more so than the
  scattered arrangement of Monocots.
