• What is the status of original goal? (Evaluate
  Computational Models for GTL)
• Would it be possible to accelerate progress by
  targeted ASC Science Programs (applied math,
  computer science and scientific computing)/
• Are long term ASCR goals are too ambitious?
• Are there possible / other intermediate goals,
  notably given lack of community buy in?
• What are the key computational obstacles in
  developing computer models for the major
  biological understandings necessary to
  characterize and engineer microbes for DOE
  missions in biofuels and bioremediation?
