Title: The Book Of Hebrews

1
The Book Of Hebrews
Jesus Is Greater Than
  • Prophets (Gods Spokesmen 11-3)
  • Angels (Gods Messengers 14-14)
  • Moses (Gods Lawgiver 31-6)
  • Joshua (Gods Restgiver 41-10)
  • Aaron (Gods High Priest 51-10)

2
HEBREWS 11-3
1 God, who at various times and in various ways
spoke in time past to the fathers by the
prophets,  2 has in these last days spoken to us
by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all
things, through whom also He made the worlds  3
who being the brightness of His glory and the
express image of His person, and upholding all
things by the word of His power, when He had by
Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right
hand of the Majesty on high

DRIFTING (21-4)
1 Therefore we must give the more earnest heed to
the things we have heard, lest we DRIFT away.  2
For if the word spoken through angels proved
steadfast, and every transgression and
disobedience received a just reward,  3 how shall
we escape if we neglect so great a salvation,
which at the first began to be spoken by the
Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who
heard Him,  4 God also bearing witness both with
signs and wonders, with various miracles, and
gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own
will?

DEPARTING (312-14)
12 Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you
an evil heart of unbelief in DEPARTING from the
living God  13 but exhort one another daily,
while it is called Today, lest any of you be
hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.  14
For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold
the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the
end
7
DISOBEYING (411-13)
11 Let us therefore be diligent to enter that
rest, lest anyone fall according to the same
example of DISOBEDIENCE.  12 For the word of
God is living and powerful, and sharper than any
two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of
soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is
a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the
heart.  13 And there is no creature hidden from
His sight, but all things are naked and open to
the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

DISOBEYING (411-13) DULL OF HEARING (511-14)
9
DULL OF HEARING (511-14)
11 of whom we have much to say, and hard to
explain, since you have become DULL OF HEARING.
12 For though by this time you ought to be
teachers, you need someone to teach you again the
first principles of the oracles of God and you
have come to need milk and not solid food.  13
For everyone who partakes only of milk is
unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is
a babe.  14 But solid food belongs to those who
are of full age, that is, those who by reason of
use have their senses exercised to discern both
good and evil.

DISOBEYING (411-13) DULL OF HEARING
(511-14) DESPISING (1026-29)
11
DESPISING (1026-29)
26 For if we SIN WILLFULLY after that we have
received the knowledge of the truth, there
remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,  27 But a
certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery
indignation, which shall devour the
adversaries.  28 He that DESPISED Moses law died
without mercy under two or three witnesses  29
Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall
he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot
the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the
covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy
thing, and hath done DESPITE unto the Spirit of
grace?

13
DENYING (1225-29)
25 See that you do not REFUSE Him who speaks. For
if they did not escape who REFUSED Him who spoke
on earth, much more shall we not escape if we
turn away from Him who speaks from heaven,  26
whose voice then shook the earth but now He has
promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not only
the earth, but also heaven.
14
DENYING (1225-29)
27 Now this, Yet once more, indicates the
removal of those things that are being shaken, as
of things that are made, that the things which
cannot be shaken may remain. 28 Therefore, since
we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be
shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve
God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.  29
For our God is a consuming fire.
