• Part of the grapes are not destemmed
  fermentation in tank with a lot of pumping-over
  (remontage). Addition of alcohol after 3 to 4
  days
• Ageing
• Ageing in 10000 to 15000 liters oak and chestnut
  tank
• Production
• The 2000 LBV will be bottled in 2006.

• Residual sugars 89g/l
• Tasting notes
• Deep, dark ruby colour with some more evolved
  tints.
• Intense aromas of ripe red fruits, powerfull,
  strawberry with woody and peppery flavours.
• Concentrated in the mouth, well-rounded and ripe
  tannins. Rich and long finish with chocolate and
  cherry taste.
