  • Health Assessment

  • Immunizations
  • If we are missing a form on your child we will
    provide you with the form during staggered entry

  • DPT- 5 doses
  • OPV- 4 doses
  • Hib- 4 doses
  • MMR- 2 doses
  • Hepatitis B- 3 doses
  • Varicella (Chicken Pox)- 1 dose

  • Staggered Entry
  • Tracks 1, 2 and 3 staggered entry will be the
    week of July 7.
  • Track 4 staggered entry will be the week of July
    27
  • You will be notified at Meet the Teacher or by
    mail as to what day your child will attend
    staggered entry.
  • Approximately 3 hours (915-1215 or 1245-345)
  • You will be responsible for transportation for
    your child.
  • Full day kindergarten begins the following week.

A Typical Day in Kindergarten

Arrival/Dismissal
  • Students enter the building at 845
  • Bus riders enter through the front door
  • Carpoolers enter through multi-purpose room
  • Instruction begins at 905
  • Dismissal begins at 345 (Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri)
  • Wednesday dismissal begins at 245
  • Procedures have been established to ensure
    student safety during arrival and dismissal

Kindergarten students will receive regular
instruction from Art, Music, PE, and Technology
Teachers. Classroom teachers will collaborate
with the media specialist and technology teacher
to enhance learning and integrate media and
technology into daily instruction. Instructional
support is also available through AG, Literacy,
ESL, and Special Education Teachers.
