Coring Core Analysis
  • The purpose of this project is to capture best
practices in coring and core handling within
    Epicentre, to provide recommended practice
examples of usage, as well as establish standard
reporting templates for core service providers.

Project Goals
  • Capture "best practices" of coring operations,
core handling and core analysis in Epicentre
  • Leverage work done and published in API
    Recommended Practices
  • Tie coring operations with WIME project
  • Tie core properties to Shared Earth Model Project
  • Monitor other initiatives including FORCE
    (Norwegian Petroleum Directorate) and SDM
    (Geologica AS).
