Summary

• We start with the scintillator only and look at
  the analog rate meter first and take data with a
  1 Hz clock as trigger.
• The scintillator rate is measured with a scaler.
• Once the rate is low enough we switch to the ?E-E
  telescope and an or of the two signals is the
  trigger.
• All events will be time-stamped (probably an
  overkill at this point).
