  • We always try to do more than is expected of us.
  • With our clients this may mean offering proactive
    ideas, thinking of new and better ways of doing
    things, or simply being as flexible as possible.
  • On courses or workshops it may mean giving
    participants the chance to e-mail us after the
    course for further advice, or staying behind to
    offer one to one tuition.
  • Whatever the subject and whoever we are working
    with, we aim to go that bit further to do that
    bit more.
  • For example in a recent assignment for one of the
    world's largest technology companies, we produced
    12 training modules under tight timescales, and
    still delivered early.

  • We will only enter into an activity if ALL
    parties are happy.
  • Though few businesses have this as an objective,
    we find it is surprisingly easy to achieve. It
    makes for very enjoyable work and builds strong,
    lasting relationships because everyone works
    towards a common goal.
  • For example, whilst working with an international
    airline under a tight budget we constructed a
    reciprocal service agreement to ensure that they
    received the training they needed at the time
    they needed.

Interactive digital video (IDV)
step into the future
IDV has been designed as the ultimate in-house
self learning tool. It is ideal for training your
staff on in-house procedures, processes and best
practices. The tool combines video presentation,
with WORD, PowerPoint, Excel documents and HTML
web pages. The result is a highly flexible tool
focused on key company issues.
A technology company wished to train a large
number of people on a limited budget. Goodfoot
provided classroom training for key people, then
converted that training into an IDV package
incorporating in-house documents for wider roll
out.
