George Spillmann is from Washington but after a stint in the Army, he settled into the Northern Californian hamlet of Roseville to set up a new business for himself. He started a property development company there in the late 1990s and has since developed and constructed many new office and residential properties in the area. He has recently been working to start a new technology company in the area.
