Why use WinZip?

• Keeps Presentation components together
• Makes total size of files smaller
• Easier to transport from computer to computer

File Saving

• Create a new folder for your new presentation
• Save all of you pictures and sound files in the
  same folder with the presentation

Zipping

• Open WinZip Classic Interface

Name your new file

Find your files

• Click add with wildcards after you find your
  files.

Finished!

• Thats it you can take your file with you
  anywhere with all of your pictures and sound
  files intact!
