debt advice organisation
Q Thinking about organisations that provide
advice to people who are finding it difficult to
manage their debts, which 2 or 3 would you say
would be the most important?

• On each of these attributes, a majority say that
  CCCS do this well
• Over 90 on most attributes

Q What three words or phrases would you use to
describe your current level of debt?
In our focus groups, more heavily indebted
potential clients were deeply concerned about
their debts to the extent that they cry and feel
physically sick
Like falling down a deep black well and you
cant see the bottom and then thered be just
stones coming down on your head. Heavily
indebted
I mean I lost my job twice in the last four
years, so the fact that Ive got debt now, I find
sometimes your friends all want to go on holiday,
I cant do it, so it puts limitations on that.
