Instructions for Viewing CheckPoint Online Demo

1. Type in the URL address http//www.LMI-CEO.com
2. Click on the 360 Multi-Rater Button in Upper Right

3. Enter peer, boss, self, or direct into
   the second ltEntry Keygt box.
4. Click on ltBegingt button.
5. Create a password and confirm it for this demo
   only
6. Click the ltContinuegt button at the end of each
   screen, without entering any information and you
   may proceed through the assessment until you have
   moved through the instructions and survey.
