• Design, Build Facilities Management (DBFM)
  scheme through hub West Scotland
• Programmed for opening March 2016 start on site
  late 2014
• 6,500 square metre building
• Replacement for existing health centre and
  reprovision of a range of other services
• Development offers opportunity for improved
  purpose built environment, promotes closer
  working and better access for patients

• community addictions team
• physiotherapy and podiatry
• treatment rooms and community clinics e.g. mental
  health, dietetics
• NHS specialist childrens services community

• space / rooms for community use
• admin / office base for all services
