FY 2003 FPDSNew Agency Reporting Responsibilities

• GSA no longer able to perform corrections to
  agency data
• Agencies will be asked to make their own
  corrections for the remainder of FY 2003
• No change for agencies using current web interface

GSA Actions for New Process

• GSA will provide training on new process
• GSA will provide software requirements to
  agencies
• GSA will provide web interface
• GSA will provide information on how to perform
  global corrections to data

New Process Planned for June 2003

• Agency reviews format against FPDS requirements
  (e.g., FY 2003 format)
• Agency amends agency data to match proper format
• Agency submits data for processing
• Agency corrects files identified in error table
• Agency makes global corrections to agency data
• Agency may make individual record corrections
  on-line
• Agency submits corrected data for processing
• GSA produces reports using data in Oracle tables
• Agencies run reports via the web
