1The Notorious N.A.A.T.P.
- This Slide show is about reflections, rotations,
translations, transformations, and tessellations.
- By Tanisha, Nikita, Ashley, and Phil aka Alex.
2Translations
A translation is the sliding of an object from
its original location
3Examples
These are some examples of translations in
everyday life, and in art, these objects were
slid to their current positions to recieve the

4More Examples

6Reflection
- A type of transformation that uses a line that
acts as a mirror, called line of reflection, with
an image reflected in the line
7Facts
- Always uses line of reflection
- Also a 180 degree rotation
- Is a mirror image
- The image and the reflection is equidistant
- You can make a reflection by drawing an image on
a piece of paper, then drawing a line. After
that, you fold the paper on the line and trace
the image on the other half.
