The AUIRS2301S is a rugged, general purpose
driver IC with independent high- and low-side
referenced output channels, offering a gate
driver supply range from 5V to 20V. The
AUIRS2301S expands IRs portfolio of 600V ICs
designed specifically to address the needs of
demanding general purpose drives used in harsh
automotive environments such as under-the-hood
applications that required a rugged, reliable and
flexible solution.

• Advantages
• The output drivers feature a high pulse current
  buffer stage designed for minimum driver
  cross-conduction while the floating channel can
  be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or
  IGBT in the high-side configuration which
  operates up to 600V.
• The logic input is compatible with standard CMOS
  or LSTTL output down to 3.3V logic.
• The IC features negative voltage spike (Vs)
  immunity to protect the system against
  catastrophic events during high-current switching
  and short circuit conditions.
