  • 61 of all child labourers are in Asia
  • 32 in Africa
  • 7 in Latin America (South/Central America)

Participation Rate
  • Just over 2 out of every 5 children in Africa
  • Just over 1 out of every 5 children in Asia
  • Just over 1 out of every 6 children in Latin
    America
  • Boys have a higher participation rate than
    girls on all continents
  • For instance 67 of boys in Latin America work,
    whereas 11 of girls in Latin America work.
  • However, domestic work isnt included in these
    statistics.
