  assurance tools which must have been ideally
  built into the business plan and management
  system.
• The objective is to measure success
• Whether original objectives are achieved
• Any remedial action is necessary
• Readjustment to suit their environment
• Incorporating new components/activities
• The viability of the business should we exit?
