  • Statewide program designed to reduce energy
    usage by allowing customers to turn-in their
    operational, inefficient refrigerators and
    freezers. The refrigerators and freezersare
    picked up at the customers location and
    disposed of (e.g., recycled) in an
    environmentally safe manner.

  • Primarily residential households. The program
    also targets nonresidential locations that use
    residential style (non-commercial) refrigerators
