• The Leadership Development Resources Center,
  which is managed from the Center for Teaching and

• These courses are a part of this series and are
  based off the works of prominent leadership
  authors. Each course will last multiple weeks and
  be facilitated online with the use of Blackboard.

Leadership Development Summit

• The Leadership Development Summit is designed to
  provide Moraine Valley employees as well as
  leaders from the community with opportunities to
  participate in series of lectures and activities
  to give them practical leadership experience.
• 1/2 day program offered once a year (fall
  semester) at the Moraine Valley Business Center.
• The Leadership Summit features excellent topics
  and presenters, skill-building workshops, video
  critiques, and much more.
• Summit attendees receive an invitation and are
  required to RSVP to participate in leadership
  summit activities.

Leadership Development Assembly

• The Leadership Development Assembly provides
  Moraine Valley faculty and staff with
  opportunities to participate in a series of
  presentations and activities designed to give the
  participants practical leadership experience.
• 2 ½ day program offered once a year (spring
  semester) at the Moraine Valley Business Center.
• The Leadership Assembly features excellent
  topics and presenters, skill-building workshops,
  video critiques, and much more.
• Employees are required to submit applications to
  participate in the Leadership Assembly. These
  applications will be reviewed by the Executive
  Leadership Team.
