Piedmont Vs Costal Vs Mountain
Our Hypothesis Our hypothesis is that more
Tornadoes occur in the piedmont region than any
other region in North Carolina. Problem F4
tornadoes are one of the more intense tornadoes
that even occur in North Carolina. F4 tornadoes
also are one of the fastest and more dangerous
tornados that happen in North Carolina. Purpose T
he purpose of the project is to figure out if
more Tornadoes occur in the piedmont region than
the mountain region and the coastal region. Our
Plan To find our conclusion we are going to
research and find which region has the most
Tornadoes occur with in the past fifty- six
years. Then we are going to compare the data
using the graphs we made.

18 F4 tornadoes in the past fifty years. So far
the piedmont region has had the most F4 tornadoes
in the past fifty years.
