2002/ Aim of the project is to eliminate one
of the most polluted spots in the Baltic Sea
basin and to develop the Northern part of Liepaja
Port for business activities.

region and the services by development of the

educational, health care and social services,
rendered in due time and available for everyone,
and possibilities of valuable recreation.
