What specific call centre training?
Red Sky have the facility to provide industry
specific training in a call centre
environment. Customer service is paramount when
dealing with the public over the telephone,
therefore, modules such as Professional Customer
Service Complaint Handling are included in the
course. Big retailers can see the benefits of

What is the My Motivation To Work certification?
My Motivation To Work has been created to
ensure that all candidates have the correct
attitude and enthusiasm to work. Many jobseekers
have the skills to be in gainful employment, but
if they have been out of work for a length of
time, confidence and enthusiasm can be a
barrier. My Motivation To Work certification
will equip jobseekers with the correct frame of
mind and confidence to become a valued member of
staff in any number of sectors.

What happens once the candidate has found A
permanent position?
Red Sky have a commitment to help those that have
been successful in gaining permanent full time
work. Experience shows us that the 3 months post
employment are commonly the hardest for
candidates to cope with. With that in mind, Red
Sky continue there mentoring program for a
further 12 weeks into employment, helping
candidates with all of the common pitfalls such
as help with benefits and indentifying any
further training needs.
