    guide and support local SC Teams and local
    government officials in the design and
    implementation of urban crime prevention and
    urban safety initiatives.
  • The Manual / Toolkit will follow the SC Model in
    terms of phases and themes.
  • The Manual / Toolkit will be user friendly and
    pragmatic with examples and case studies.
  • The Manual / Toolkit will be published in one
    volume.
  • The Manual / Toolkit will be accompanied by a
