JAEC Requirement 1 Provide a JAEC User Role
limiting the permissions to view and generate the
aggregate JAEC Reports.

JAEC Requirement 2 Provide capability to select
the Training Program associated with a given
event. JAEC Requirement 3 Provide capability to
select JNTC Accreditation Level. If Not
Accredited selected, provide the capability to
select from a User Group Favorites list of Other
Training Programs. Sponsoring/Scheduling Command
Fields on the Event Details Tab becomes
Read-only. Remove the JNTC (Y/N) from the JTP

JTIMS Requirement 867 - Add 3 more fields to
the force requestor section of JTIMS. This will
ensure enough details are given to the force
providers to resource a requirement. The fields
are Task, Purpose and Capability.

in the Force Provider Interface of the Event
Module to identify the Organization Affiliation.
For US DOD display list of each Service, COCOM
and Combat Support Agencies. JAEC Requirement
14 Provide a drop down menu in the Force

identify the affiliation for US-DOD participating
organizations. Menu should include options for
USA, USN, USAF, USMC, USCG, UAR, USNR, USAFR,
USMCR, USCGR, ANG, ARNG, DOD Civilian, and DOD
Contractor. JAEC Requirement 15 Provide the
capability to enter (free text) the actual number
of participants in the Force Provider
interface. JAEC Requirement 16 Provide the
capability to identify whether the participants
are at home station and/or TDY. Business Rule
Only required for US-DOD participating forces.

JAEC Requirement 17 Add ECG Participant
Interface Provide the capability to capture
Exercise Control Group (ECG) participants, POC
contact information, role, home station or TDY,
and whether or not they are part of the Training
Audience (Y/N).

JAEC Requirement 19 - Expand the Observers Tab
in the CMP interface of the Execution Module to
provide the capability to identify whether the
observer is working from Home Station or
TDY. JAEC Requirement 20 - Provide Capability
to calculate and export to MS Excel the number of
observers by home station, TDY and Aggregate.

JAEC Requirement 21 - Expenses Tab allows the
capability to currently capture Service
Incremental and other Event Cost Data. Provide
the User Group Lead and Event Team Lead the
permissions to publish this cost data for
inclusion into an Event Costs Summary Report.
Selection of the MS Excel icon only displays the
Expenses Tab Costs Summary Report.

JAEC Requirement 22 - Provide the capability to
generate a published Event Costs Summary Report
that includes STRATLIFT, Service Incremental and
Other Event Cost Data.

identify if the event was JTEN supported. This
should be a Y/N field. If NO is selected the
system provides a second menu option with the
following selections Not Required, Not
Installed, Could Not Connect, and Other. Provide

information.

and/or shortfalls, per Range or Simulation type.

to include a Live Range/Site and Simulation
Support Section. Recommendations and/or
Shortfalls entered in the Simulation Tab of the
CSR Module are displayed in this section.
