  window w/ pre-defined size and placement

• ssdot append/update tested 4/17 (replace/update
  our best practice to date)

Unresolved Technical Issues

• WFP -- UTF-8 support badly needed (and promised)
  for storing, indexing, searching
• RB black box -- MANTIS, dtd and xml templates,
  Unicode support (input and display other than
  workstation config)
• division of labor between server (Java) and
  client (JS) tasks -- record marking, screen
  re-painting, server file handles/threads?

• ownership of records (project vs. institutional
  affiliation)
• extracts for OPACs
• rogue site archive (ephemera metadata)
• record suppression -- whats required for
  record to graduate from SaveFile to public
  display?
