  • Authentication screen User will select their
    name from the dropdown or type ahead. Once they
    have selected their name they will press OK.
  • This user list is pulled from Livelink based on
    the library selected from the previous screen.

database connection name. Username ..........
The user logged in. Folder ...............
This contains the folders at the selected
workspace. Document Name is the name that the
user would like to name the
document. Category ........... Select a
category to associate with this document

  • When the user selects the ellipsis button next to
    the folder/container combo, this is the dialog
    that they will see. This is a tree view of the
    folders in the system. This will allow the user
    to browse to the folder that they would like to
    store the document in
  • Once they have the folder or container selected
    they will press OK and return to the previous
    screen

  • When the user presses the keyboard button next to
    document name the on screen keyboard will appear

  • The next series of screens are Attributes
    associated with the Category selected from the
    Send Document Dialog.
  • The more attributes associated with the Category,
    the more screens will be presented to the user. A
    maximum of 7 fields per page will be displayed.
    The attribute fields will be pulled directly from
    the server. The information entered into the
    fields will be stored with the document in the
    database.

  • At the very end of the scan the user will be
    asked if they would like to stay connected and
    send another document from the same account.
  • If Yes is selected, all settings will be
    maintained for the next session. If No is
    selected, all settings well revert to default and
    the user session will end.
