- 2002 USICH Reconstituted Presidents Charge to
End Chronic Homelessness - Over 300 communities have developed and are
implementing plans - THE RESULT Across the country, communities are
seeing significant reductions in homelessness.

- Connecticuts Movement
- Since 2005, 9 regions in Connecticut have
developed ten year plans encompassing over 60 of
our 169 municipalities (Greater Bridgeport Area,
Stamford, Greater New Haven, Greater Windham
Region, Greater Hartford Region, Southeastern
Connecticut/New London County, Middlesex County,
New Britain, Greater Danbury) - 3 regions are in various stages of plan
development
