Nacin ocenjevanja projektnih predlogov

• Oceno EoI pripravijo JTS in ACP
• MC odloci kateri projektni predlogi se povabijo v
  drugo fazo razpisa
• Oceno AF pripravi JTS ob podpori ACP (po potrebi
  se vkljucuje ekspertna mnenja)
• Koncno odlocitev o financiranju projektov sprejme
  MC
