  ESM does not require participants to recall- ESM
  reduces biases associated with participants being
  observed- ESM can involve much participants-
  ESM can collect structured data and unstructured
  data

  Seven days, paricipants received 10randomly
  scheduled alerts per day(72 minute intervals),
