- More physical activity provides greater health
benefits - And also
- control over risky behaviours particularly among
children and young people (e.g. tobacco use,
alcohol / substance use, unhealthy diet and
violence) - increased productivity in the workplace
- better performing schools.

- PA improves well-being as well as physical,
- psychological and also social health
