Task List
Session one Friday afternoon ? Make sure you
are assigned an Identification Number ? Pay
attention to the explanation on the Chocolate
Factory interface and familiarise yourself with
the interface. ? Chocolate Factory first run (2
hours) ? Collect Questionnaire 3 (Self
Evaluation) you can either fill in on the spot
or do so afterwards at your leisure.

• Launch the program
• Start ? All Programs ? SONS ? Chocolate Factory
• Input your Identification Number
• Follow the guided demonstration carefully

• Your task
• Make money
• Run the factory accordingly
• Order materials, choose productions, check sales,
  keep staff happy, choose marketing strategies (if
  you wish so), determine prices, ensure
  deliveries, ect..

• You have roughly 2 hours for this session
• Some parts of the interface will not be
  immediately clear
• You will NOT have all information needed you
  will need to figure a few things by yourself
• This is intentional dealing with it is part of
  the exercise
• Ideally, we would like you to play roughly 6
  iterations in this session. We expect the first
  2-3 will take longer than the following ones
• Manage your time accordingly

• Read the Chocolate Factory User Guide carefully
  before you start
• Ask a facilitator at any time if you have
  problems with the interface
