Minimum Credits

• The minimum credits to be taken in each term
• 16 to 28 credits are required for the students
  from freshman to junior year.
• The courses and credits to take for graduate
  students are defined by each department.

Dismissal
Based on Article 35 in NKFUST Academic Statutes,
if the international students fail the courses
with credits amount to 2/3 of the total require
credits in two accumulative terms, they will be
dismissed by school.

Scholarship

• Application due date Fall semester September 30
• Spring
  semester March 5
• Student will be notified via e-mail in the
  beginning of every semester.

• -Two options NT30,000 each semester or a
  tuition waiver
• -Your bank account No.
• Living expense (NT5,000 per month)
• -Requirement taking Chinese Language
  program
• -Your bank account No. (before 9/22)
• Please submit your application form to the
  Office of Research and Development.

Insurance

• 1. Foreign student medical care insurance
• Approx. NT2,000 for 4 months.

• 2. National Health Insurance (NHI) Foreign
  students with ARC who have stayed in Taiwan for
  more than four months are required to enroll in
  National Health Insurance.
• The premium of NHI is NT604 per month.

• 3. Student Insurance Every student will be
  covered after registration. Please contact Health
  Care Section.
