Phase I Cadets
  • Display a positive attitude
  • Aware of the Core Values, honest, wears uniform

Cadet Evaluation Concept
  • Provide a snapshot in time of a cadets progress
    in meeting the leadership expectations of their
    CP phase
  • Provide the reviewer an opportunity to praise and
    critique
  • Provide the cadet an opportunity to reflect and
    perform self-evaluation

CAPF 50-x
  • Four evaluation forms, tailored to the CP phase
    of the cadet being reviewed
  • Completed at least once during the cadets
    time-in-phase
  • At encampment, flight staff is performing
    evaluations on all in-flight cadets
  • Cadet staff are also being evaluated
