Suggestion

• Provide a corner in the RCAROs website for
  exchange information and discussion among all
  past and current temporary staffs
• For RCARO project, Temporary Staff in first and
  second year, and Technical Officer for last year
  of the project as needed for the final and
  prepare for the new project
• Inform the candidate of temporary staff regarding
  the assignment prior to attachment

• MSs can contribute to the RCARO, through promote
  all activities in RCA including success stories
  to their contries (awareness)
• Manage the good relation with potential end-users
  (applicable)
• In-kind contribution from all MSs
• Increase TCDC (some contries has experties in
  particular subject)
